Bentley Bentayga plug-in hybrid version to debut in 2018
It is approaching the debut of the Bentley Bentayga plug-in hybrid variant. The electric version of the first SUV in the glorious history of the British carmaker will debut in 2018 after a series of road tests that have been in place for some time.
The Bentayga plug-in will use the same powertrain of the Porsche Cayenne S E-Hybrid, consisting of a supercharged V6 3.0 gasoline engine combined with an electric powertrain for a total power of 410 hp.
The car will debut after the launch of the second generation of the Continental GT.
Bentley is also heavily involved in the production of a pure electric model that will be based on the EXP12 Speed 6e concept unveiled at the last Geneva Motor Show.
