BMW expects to keep double-digit sales growth in Korea
BMW expects this year a double-digit sales growth that is characterizing the recent performance of the Group in the Korean market.
Kim Hyo-Joon, the head of BMW Korea, said at a press conference. In 2014, BMW sold over 40 thousand cars in Korea, a new record for a foreign manufacturer in the country.
The increase in recent years has meant that South Korea emerged as the eighth-largest global market for BMW. BMW Korea plans to launch 12 new models in South Korea this year, including its first plug-in electric vehicle model i8.
