Europe will be the favorite market for the Lexus UX
Lexus expects that will be above all Europe to make positive the commefcial performance of the new UX compact crossover with which the premium brand of the Toyota Group will challenge rivals such as the BMW X1 and Mercedes GLA.
UX combines a SUV look with a more hatchback style for a consequent great sportiness.
European sales of premium compact crossovers last year saw an increase of 24% for a total of 465 thousand units and UX will certainly contribute to a further growth in the category.
The continental launch of UX, which was unveiled in its final forms at the Geneva Motor Show, is expected for next October.
