Hyundai USA is considering building a compact crossover
Hyundai Motor America is planning an expansion of its model range with the addition of a new compact crossover.
The news was anticipated by Dave Zuchowski, CEO of Hyundai Motor America, according to which the project is still in the embryonic stage and should be finally approved, probably within two years.
The Korean brand may have also room for a third American premium model to join its Equus and Genesis sedans. The new Hyundai's compact crossover would challenge with the Nissan Juke, Kia Soul, Buick Encore, and Honda Fit models.
