Mercedes launches the 350e plug-in in Thailand
The new E350e hybrid version of the Mercedes E Class is now also available in the Thai market.
The car combines a 2-liter petrol engine with an electric powetrain for a total power of 213 kW and it can travel 33 km exclusively in electric mode.
Mercedes is also active at the manufacturing level in the emerging Southeast Asian country thanks to a joint venture with Thomburi Automotive Assembly Plant Company Limited which manages the Samut Prakan factory where are currently assembled (with parts that come from plants in Germany, Hungary and America) the C-Class, E-Class, S-Class, ML-Class, GLA, GLC and CLA.
With the arrival of the E350e, the local Mercedes plug-in offer rises to four models together with C350e, the S500e and the GLE 500e.
