Mitsubishi: also ASX and Pajero will have a plug-in version
At the Paris Motor Show CEO Osamu Masuko confirmed that Mitsubishi will significantly expand its future range of plug-in hybrid models.
The Japanese carmaker will add plug-in hybrid versions of its next ASX compact crossover and of its historic Pajero/Shogun SUV. The new models will join the Outlander, which already has a plug-in variant on sale in Europe.
The ASX plug-in version will go on sale in Europe and other global markets in 2017. The Pajero replacement and its plug-in version are likely to arrive in 2018.
