Nissan plans to make new types of electric vehicles
Galvanized by exceeding the target of 100,000 Leaf sold globally since its launch, Nissan is preparing to enrich the offer of its electric vehicles range. Nissan's global design chief, Shiro Nakamura, announced the future development of three new EV versions.
One of these ones will be a practical zero-emission EV, continuing from the LEAF. The sporty model could be similar to Nissan’s BladeGlider concept. The third type will be a cheap city car based on the Pivo3 concept that Nissan has first showed in 2011.
