Renault to launch Kwid electric version in China
Renault is about to launch an electric variant of its Kwid SUV (produced in India) shortly in China.
The French carmaker aims to intercept residents of urban areas in the country who do not have to face long distances for their travels.
Renault will focus in particular on the A-segment, and in the operation it will be joined (in addition to the Dongfeng Chinese alliance) by the Nissan partner that will sell one version.
The introduction of the Kwid zero emission variant is scheduled for the beginning of next fiscal year.
