Skoda to expand Yeti production to meet high demand
Skoda is ready to enrich its SUV offering with the new Kodiaq, but meanwhile the brand is very satisfied with the strong sales results of its compact Yeti SUV.
The model was officially launched in 2009 and since then has already attracted almost 600,000 customers globally.
Given the high demand, especially in Europe, the Czech carmaker has now decided to increase Yeti's production rates, in particular at the Russian plant in Nizhniy Novgorod. Yeti is also assembled in Kvasiny, in the Ukraine, Kazakhstan and China.
