Power module The power module contains the electronic power components in which the motor and DC/DC converter currents flow; this is the most innovative characteristic for automotive applications. The design and construction of the module are crucial phases in system development and production in order to achieve distinctive objectives on the market: Resistance to thermal and mechanical cycles requested by automotive applications, in order to guarantee 10 years of useful life 300,000 km. The operating currents (up to 1000 A) and voltages (up to 500V) represent an absolute innovation for automotive applications.
